It would be recommended for all hearings to take place on a designated day of the week, which makes arrangements for the client and us as the provider smoother.

Please note that a 48 Hour notice period is required for booking of hearings or any of the above.

Please note that an R 300.00 monthly surcharge for SAUEO (The South African United Commercial & Allied Employers Organisation) will need to be taken into consideration should the employer wish for us to represent them at the CCMA.
